Arabic street food Mutabbaq

MUTABBAQ  is a Arabic  recipe  , 
a quick snack that can be eaten  at all time  
It is easy to make .



INGREDIENTS 

( for dough)

1. FLOUR                      ------------------  1 Cup                                     
             

2. SALT                         -------------------  1 Spoon

3.OIL                             ------------------   1 Spoon

4.WATER                      ------------------    1/2 Cup


( for meat  stuffing )

1. CHICKEN / BEEF (boiled)     -------------   1 Cup

2. ONION                                  -------------    1 Cup

3. GREEN CHILLY (finally chopped) ------    1 Table spoon

4. GINGER GARLIC PASTE -------------------  1 Spoon                   

5.EGG                  ---------------------------------  2 Nos

6. PEPPER POWDER --------------------------   1 Spoon

7. CORIANDER LEAFS (finally chopped)--   2 Spoon 

8.GARAM MASALA POWDER ---------------  1 Spoon 

9. SALT                 --------------------------------   According to                                                                                      taste 

10. OIL              -----------------------------------   Just one spoon 



PREPARATION METHOD 

STEP - 1
  • Mix flour , salt , oil and lukewarm water  ( water will  be added gradually )    for making dough

  • The prepared dough should be neither be  hard or  soft 
  • Now the dough is ready , let puts some oil and let   it rest for 30 min


STEP - 2
  • Now we can prepare the meat stuff  
  • Mix the boiled chicken (boneless), pepper powder , egg , garam masala , salt , onion , green chilly, ginger garlic paste and  coriander  leafs  
The meat mix for filling 

  • Mix well , the meat stuff is ready

STEP  - 3
  • Now let's prepare the Mutabaq  filling sheet ,for that take a ball of dough ,make a thin layer of sheet
STEP - 3 
  • Add the meat stuff  on the center of the sheet 

  • Fold the sheet like a squre shape 
  • Heat a tava pan spread some oil to it 
                                              
  • Cook just 2-3 min for each sides  ( till a light golden brown colour )  
                                           
  •  Mutabbaq is ready and the filling is cooked properly inside,  then cut into pieces
