INGREDIENTS
- WHITE RICE FLOUR - 1/2 kg
- EGG - 1
- SUGAR - 150 g
- MAIDA - 100 g
- COCONUT MILK - 1 cup tp 2 cup
- GEERAKAM - 1 table spoon
- SMALL ONION - 5-6
- SALT - 1/4 table spoon
- SESAME SEEDS - 2 table spoon
- COCONUT OIL / PALM OIL - 1 kg
PREPARATION METHOD
- Beat the sugar , egg first
- Then add geerakam and small onion again beat (like paste )
- Then add the mix to the rice flour
- Add maida , salt , sesame seeds to it mix well
- Now add coconut milk and make smooth batter
- Now heat the oil and dip the mould to it ( hot oil)
- When the oil is hot dip 3/4th portion of the mould in the batter and dip in the oil
- The achappam will release its own . Flip after one minute .
- When it comes golden colour take it
