7. LIME JUICE - 1 1/2SPOON
8. COCONUT OIL - 4 TABLE SPOON
9. CASHEW PASTE
/ FRESH CREAM -3 SPOON
10.CURRY LEAFS
11. CORIANDER LEAFS
12. PUTHINA LEAFS
MASALA INGREDIENTS
1. CHILLY POWDER - 2 SPOON
2. TURMERIC POWDER - 1 SPOON
3. CORIANDER POWDER - 1 SPOON
4. GARAM MASALA PWDER - 1 1/2 SPOON
5. SA GEERA POWDER - 1/2 SPOON

SPECIAL GARAM MASALA (GRIND WELL with out any water content )
1. CHINNAMON - 10 PIECES
2.MACE - 5 PIECES
3 PEPPER - 1 SPOON
4.FENNEL - 1 SPOON
5. CARDAMOMS - 10 PIECES
6. BLACK CARDAMOM - 5 PIECES
7. CLOVES - 1 SPOON
8.TEJ PATTA (PATTA LEAFS) -2 PIECES
9.CARAWAY SEEDS - 1 SPOON
STEP 1
mix chicken, lemon juice, half spoon of red chilly powder, half spoon of turmeric powder, half spoon of garam masala, salt (according to the taste ). keep this mixture for half an hour in the refrigerator
ADD 2 SPOON COCONUT OIL AND FRY THE CHICKEN ,UNTIL IT TAKE GOLDEN BROWN COLOR
- ADD THE COCONUT OIL
- WHEN IT COME GOLDEN BROWN COLOR ADD GINGER, GARLIC PASTE IT JUST TAKE A MINUTE
- THEN ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, GARAM MASALA , SHA JEERA IT UST TAKE A MINUTE ( low flame )
-THEN ADD MASHED TOMATO MIX WELL AND COOK UNTIL THE TOMATOES TURN SOFT
- POUR ONE GLASS OF WATER
-ADD THE FRIED CHICKEN AND CASHEW PASTE
- COOK WHEN THE CURRY BECOME THICK
