INGREDIENTS
- FISH - 1 KG
- CHILLY POWDER - 1 SPOON
- TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 SPOON
- GINGER PASTE - 1/2 SPOON
- GARLIC PASTE - 1/2 SPOON
- PEPPER POWDER - 1/4 SPOON
- ASAFETIDA POWDER - A PINCH
- COCONUT OIL - 3 TABLE SPOON
- CURRY LEAFS
- LEMON JUICE - 2 SPOON
- SALT
PREPARATION METHOD
- Mix fish , salt , chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste , garlic paste , pepper powder, and asafetida powder well
- kept it for 30 min
- Heat the 3 table spoon of oil and fry the fish
- When the fish cooked 75% add the curry leafs and again fry
- Transfer the fish fry to a serving plate
- Spray the lemon juice to the fish fry
