INGREDIENTS 



  1. FISH                                      -  1  KG
  2. CHILLY POWDER              - 1 SPOON
  3. TURMERIC POWDER       - 1/2 SPOON
  4. GINGER PASTE                   - 1/2 SPOON
  5. GARLIC PASTE                    -  1/2 SPOON
  6. PEPPER POWDER              - 1/4 SPOON
  7. ASAFETIDA  POWDER      - A PINCH
  8. COCONUT OIL                     - 3 TABLE SPOON 
  9. CURRY LEAFS   
  10. LEMON JUICE                           - 2 SPOON
  11. SALT 

PREPARATION METHOD 

  • Mix fish , salt , chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste , garlic paste , pepper powder, and asafetida powder well 
  • kept it for 30 min 
  • Heat  the 3 table spoon of oil  and fry the fish 
  • When the fish cooked 75% add the curry leafs and again fry 
  • Transfer the fish fry to a serving plate 
  • Spray the lemon juice to the fish fry
