- GINGER - 1 Table spoon
- GARLIC - 1/2 Table spoon
- COCONUT OIL - 2 Table spoon
- MUSTARD - 1 Table spoon
- FENUGREEK SEEDS - 1 Table spoon
- RED CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 "
- CORIANDER POWDER - 1/2 "
- TURMERIC POWDER - 3/4 "
- RED CHILLY - 3-4
- COCONUT MILK(SECOND) - 1 CUP
- COCONUT MILK (FIRST) - 1/2 CUP
- COCONUT MILK (THICK) - 3-4 Table spoon
- SALT
- SUGAR
- CURRY LEAFS
PREPARATION METHOD
- Heat the oil and add coconut oil to it
- Add mustard , fenugreek seeds to it
- After one min add red chilly and curry leafs to it

- Add sliced onion , ginger, garlic , small onions to it saute just 5-10 min
- Add red chilly powder , coriander powder, turmeric powder saute well just a min
- Add coconut milk (second )
- Add coconut milk (first) in low flame , then add some sugar a pinch
- The thick coconut milk means coconut milk which is extracted from the coconut scrambles with out adding any water
- Add salt , sugar , spices if needed
