9. TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 Spoon
10. GARAM MASALA - 1/2 Spoon
11. FRESH CREAM - 5 Spoon
12. KASURI METHI - 2 Spoon
13. SUGAR - 1/4 Spoon

PREPARATION METHOD
- HEAT ONE TABLE SPOON OF BUTTER AND ADD SLICED ONION ,RED CHILLY, GARLIC & GINGER
- WHEN THE ONION TURNS TO BROWN THEN ADD SLICED TOMATOES , SALT , TURMERIC POWDER , AND 1/2 SPOON OF RED CHILLY POWDER
- TURN OFF THE STOVE ,AND COOL THIS COMPLETELY WHEN THE MASALA IS COOKED
- THEN GRIND THE MIX (ADD SOME WATER ALSO THIS TIME )
- HEAT THE REMAINING BUTTER AND ADD 1/2 SPOON OF RED CHILLY POWDER TO IT WHEN IT TURN A LIGHT BROWN SHADE ADD THE MASALA PASTE
- ADD GARAM MASALA , PANEER AND COOK JUST 5 MIN
- ADD THE FRESH CREAM ,SUGAR, AND KASURI METHI AND COOK JUST 5 MIN
- ADD SALT AND SUGAR ACCORDING TO THE TASTE
- THEN LAST, ADD CORIANDER LEAFS
