INGREDIENTS
- CHICKEN - 500 g
- PEPPER POWDER - 2 1/2 Table spoon
- ONION - 2 Medium size(sliced)
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 2 Table spoon
- GREEN CHILLY - 3 Pieces
- CHILLY POWDER - 1/4 Spoon
- TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 Spoon
- CORIANDER POWDER - 1 Spoon
- GARAM MASALA - 1 Spoon
- COCONUT OIL - 3 Table spoon
- MUSTARD - 1/2 Spoon
- RED CHILLY - 4 Pieces
- TOMATO - 2 Medium size (sliced )
- COCONUT SLICED - (5-6) Spoon
- CURRY LEAFS
- SALT
PREPARATION METHOD
- Boil the cleaned chicken with 1 glass water, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, 1 spoon of pepper powder, salt and curry leafs
- Heat the coconut oil add mustard , after mustard breaks add red chilly , curry leafs and sliced coconut pieces mix well up to 5 min
- Add sliced onions and saute well when its come golden brown color add ginger -garlic paste , green chilly it just take a minute
- Then add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder , pepper powder and garam masala saute well ( low flame )
- Then add sliced tomatoes mix well until the tomatoes turn soft
- Add the boiled chicken and salt (according to the taste)
- Mix well
- Cook well until the gravy become thick
- Pls .check the salt and spice and adjust according to u r taste
