PEPPER CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS


  1. CHICKEN                                  -  500 g
  2. PEPPER POWDER                      -  2  1/2 Table spoon
  3. ONION                                     - 2 Medium size(sliced)
  4. GINGER GARLIC PASTE              -  2 Table spoon
  5. GREEN CHILLY                          - 3 Pieces
  6. CHILLY POWDER                       -  1/4 Spoon
  7. TURMERIC POWDER                  - 1/2 Spoon
  8. CORIANDER POWDER                - 1 Spoon
  9. GARAM MASALA                       - 1 Spoon
  10. COCONUT OIL                          -  3 Table spoon
  11. MUSTARD                                 - 1/2 Spoon
  12. RED CHILLY                              - 4 Pieces
  13. TOMATO                                   -  2 Medium size (sliced )
  14. COCONUT SLICED                     - (5-6) Spoon
  15. CURRY LEAFS
  16. SALT 



PREPARATION METHOD 
  •   Boil the cleaned chicken with 1 glass water, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder,  1 spoon of pepper powder, salt and curry leafs 
  •   Heat the coconut oil add mustard , after mustard breaks add red chilly , curry leafs and sliced coconut pieces   mix well up to 5 min 
  • Add sliced onions  and saute well when its come golden brown color add ginger -garlic paste , green chilly  it just take a minute 
  • Then add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder , pepper powder and garam masala saute well ( low flame )
  • Then add sliced tomatoes  mix well until the tomatoes  turn soft 
  • Add the  boiled chicken  and salt (according to the taste)
  • Mix well 
  • Cook well until the gravy become thick 
  • Pls .check the salt and spice and adjust according to u r taste
