INGREDIENTS
- EGG - 4
- ONION - 2 (Medium size)
- GINGER -GARLIC PASTE - 1 1/2 table spoon
- GREEN CHILLY - 2-3
- CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 table spoon
- CORIANDER POWDER - 1/2 table spoon
- GARAM MASALA - 1/2 "
- TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 "
- TOMATO - 1
- COCONUT OIL - 2 table spoon
- MUSTARD - 1/2 "
- SALT
- CURRY LEAFS
- PUTHINA LEAFS
- WATER
PREPARATION METHOD
- Heat the oil and add the mustard after one min add the onions to it
- When it become golden brown colour add ginger garlic paste , curry leafs and chillies to it cook just a min
- Add coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder to it mix well (low flame )
- Add sliced tomatoes to it cook just two min
- Add salt , 1 glass of water cook just 10 min
- Then add puthina leafs to it
- Check the taste , add spices salt if needed
- Add the boiled egg to it .
