INGREDIENTS
- CHICKEN - 500 g
- ONION (Medium) - 2 (cube cut)
- CAPSICUM - 1 (cube cut)
- GREEN CHILLY - 3-4
- GINGER PASTE - 1 table spoon
- GARLIC - 1 table spoon
- OIL - 5 table spoon
- CHILLY POWDER - 1 table spoon
- SOY SAUCE - 1 1/2 table spoon
- TOMATO SAUCE - 1 table spoon
- CORN FLOUR - 2 spoon
- MAIDA - 1 spoon
- EGG - 1
- BLACK PEPPER - 1 1/2 spoon
- SPRING ONION - 5-6
- CELERY - 1-2
- SALT
- VINEGAR - 1/2 spoon
- SUGAR
PREPARATION METHOD
- Mix the cleaned chicken with 1/2 spoon garlic paste, 1/2 spoon ginger paste, egg, salt , maida, 1 spoon of corn flour , vinegar and 1/2 spoon of soy sauce . Set this aside until 30 min or You can also refrigerate overnight and use.
- Heat the oil , add the mixed chicken and fry the chicken (deep or shallow ) until it become a golden brown colour
- When the chicken is cooked completely , drain on a kitchen tissue
- Heat the pan ( high flame)
- Take 1 1/2 spoon oil ( which is used in the chicken fry)
- Add garlic and fry for about a min
- Then add garlic , cubed onion, capsicum, green chilly to it
- Add chilly powder, 1 table spoon soy sauce, 1 table spoon of tomato sauce, mix well
- Take 3/4 glass of water add 1 table spoon of corn flour mix well add this to the sauce
- Add the fried chicken to it mix well
- Add pepper powder , a pinch of sugar mix well
- Taste the sauce and chicken , and add more salt , sauce , spices as needed
- Add spring onions, celery to it mix well
- THE TASTY CHILLY CHICKEN IS READY TO SERVE !
