FRIED RICE IS A CHILDREN'S FAVORITE DISH . TOADY I'M GOING TO INTRODUCE YOU TO HOW TO MAKE A TASTY FRIED RICE :)
INGREDIENTS
- BASMATI RICE (iam using India gate) - 1 GLASS
- CARROT (chopped) - 3 Table spoon
- CAPSICUM (chopped) - 3 Table spoon
- CABBAGE - 3 Table spoon
- GARLIC - 2 Table spoon
- BEANS - 2 Table spoon
- SPRING ONION - 2-3 Table spoon
- CELERY - 1 Table spoon
- PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 Table spoon
- SOY SAUCE - 1 Table spoon
- TOMATO SAUCE - 1 Table spoon
- VEGETABLE OIL - 2 Table spoon
- SALT - To taste
PREPARATION METHOD
- Wash the rice 3 or more times and sock the rice 30 min
- Boil 3 1/2 glass of water and cook the rice (also add salt )
- Drain the cooked rice , and allow to cool
- Heat the oil in high flame and add the chopped garlic to it saute well just a minute
- Add spring onion and capsicum then saute
- Then add carrot , cabbage and a pinch of salt (only for the vegetables ) mix well
- Add soy sauce , tomato sauce mix well
- Add the cooked rice mix well
- Add pepper powder and celery to it and cook just 5 min in high flame
- Taste it and add soy sauce and salt if needed
- Garnish with spring onions
