INGREDIENTS
- MANGO - 500 g
- CHILLY POWDER - 2 1/2 Table spoon
- VINGAR - 1 "
- SESAME OIL - 2 "
- MUSTARD - 2 "
- ASAFETIDA POWDER - 1/2 - 3/4 "
- FENUGREEK POWDER - 1/2 "
- SALT -
PREPARATION
- MIX THE SLICED MANGO WITH SALT (2-3 DAYS)
- CRUSH THE MUSTARD AND REMOVE THE BLACK PORTION TAKE THE YELLOW PORTION
- THEN ADD CHILLY POWDER , VINGAR , SESAME OIL , ASAFETIDA POWDER , FENUGREEK POWDER, ADD THE YELLOW PORTION OF THE MUSTARD
- AFTER 1 WEEK IT IS READY TO USE .
- THE SPICY TASTY CUT MANGO PICKLE IS READY :)
