INDIAN SPICY CHICKEN CUTLET

Delicious , spicy , tasty and crispy chicken cutlet can be made with in 45 min. It is perfectly  well with a cup of tea or coffee 


                             INGREDIENTS 

           CHICKEN                                   -  250 g

                 ONION (finally chopped )          -  1 Medium size 

                 POTATO  (boiled )                      -  1 Medium size 

                 GREEN CHILLY                        - 2 Medium sized

                 GINGER GARLIC PASTE       - 1 1/2 Spoon

                 TURMERIC POWDER            - 1/2 Spoon

                 PEPPER POWDER                   - 1/2 Spoon 

                 GARAM MASALA                    - 1/2 Spoon

                 EGG                                             - 2 

                 BREAD CRUMBS                     -  1 Cup

                 CORIANDER LEAFS       

                SALT

                OIL                                            - 1 Cup

     
                                   PREPARATION METHOD 


  •           Boil the chicken in a pot by the time add 1/4 turmeric powder, 1/ 4 spoon pepper powder required amount of salt and water . Boil the chicken until completely cooked 
  • Cool the chicken and pulse it in the blender
  • Then add finally chopped onion , ginger garlic paste , mashed potato , green chilly , pepper powder , garaam masala ,pepper powder , coriander leafs , salt 
  • Mix everything well . add 1 spoon of bread crumbs 
  • Mix until everything comes together  
  • Divide it in to 10 patties ( make it to a round shape )
  • Beat an egg  add a little amount of salt in a bowl , also take bread crumbs in another bowl 
  •  Dip the patty in the egg mixture and then  dip in the bread crumbs 
  • Repeat the dipping process of patty in the egg mixture and bread crumbs 
  • Set these aside just 10 min 
  • Then take a tava add oil to it , deep fry the patties( cutlets )  until both sides become golden brown colour 
  •   Serve it with tomato ketch , mint chutney
