Pepper powder-------------------------------------- 2 tea spoon
Red chilly powder----------------------------------- 2 tea spoon

Coconut milk ----------------------------------- 1 cup

Tomato (sliced) ------------------------------------ 2 medium sized
Curry leafs ----------------------------------------- 5 numbers

Coconut milk ----------------------------------- 1 cup
Coconut oil ----------------------------------------- 2 table spoon

Onion ----------------------------------------------- 3 numbers
Salt ------------------------------------------------- according to taste
STEPS
- Marinate the chicken with pepper powder , salt , 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder . keep it aside
- Take a kadai heat the coconut oil and add the sliced onion to it ,curry leafs and salt
- when it becomes golden colour add ginger garlic paste to it and saute well
- Add red chilly powder , turmeric powder , coriander powder , and garam masala saute well
- Add sliced tomatoes to it (saute well just 5 min )
- Add half cup of water to it cook just 5 min
- Add the marinated chicken to it saute well
- Cook and cover the chicken (approximately take 15 min )
- Then add the thick coconut milk to it cook well just 10 min
- Check the taste and add salt , red chilly powder , etc .. if needed
