Chicken noodles is simple and easy to cook . Chicken Noodles is a Chinese dish where cooked noodles where mixed with vegetables and sauces .
INGREDIENTS
FOR CHICKEN FRY
CHICKEN - 100g (Boneless)
PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 Spoon
SOYA SAUCE - 1/4 Spoon
SALT -
GARAM MASALA - 1/4 Spoon
VEGETABLE OIL - 1 Spoon
OTHER INGREDIENTS
NOODLES - I Cup
GARLIC - 1 Spoon
ONION - 1/2 Cup
CAPSICUM - 1/2 Cup
CARROT - 1/2 Cup
CABBAGE - 1/2 Cup
CHILLY SAUCE - 1 Spoon
SOYA SAUCE -1/2 Spoon
VEGETABLE OIL - 2 Spoon
SPRING ONION - 2 Spoon
SALT
PREPARATION METHOD
STEP 1 : Marinate the boneless chicken with pepper powder , salt , garam masala and soya sauce just 10 min . Heat a pan add 2 spoon of oil and add the marinated chicken . cook well . At the same time cook noodles . boil 2 cup of water add noodle oil(1 spoon ) and water . when the noodle cooked drain it and cool .
STEP 2 : Take the same pan add 2 spoon of vegetable oil . Add chopped garlic to it and fry just 30 sec
STEP 3 : Add chicken saute well . add sliced vegetables spring onion saute well just 1 -2 Min
Step 4 : Add chili sauce , soya sauce , cooked Noodles to it cook well in high flame . Add salt if needed
The hot tasty Chicken Noodles is ready :)
