PREPARATION METHOD
- For preparing of the quail fry mix the marinating ingredients well and make a fine paste ( mix chilly powder , turmeric powder , garam masala , green chilly paste , ginger garlic paste and lemon juice )
- Apply the marinate on the cleaned quail meat
- Rest it for 30 min in a refrigerator
- Take a kadai and heat the coconut oil and shallow fry the marinated quail
- When it become golden brown colour and the curry leafs and cook just a min
- Turn of the heat and take the fried quail
- The tasty quail fry is ready ๐
